Established as Gifu Electronic Computing Center Co., Ltd., jointly funded by four local banks and major companies, with the main purpose of providing information processing services to private companies and organizations in Gifu Prefecture.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> January 1977<\/dt>\n

The company name was changed to Densan System Co., Ltd. in order to expand business beyond prefectural borders.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> April 1986<\/dt>\n

Tokyo Division and Osaka Branch opened.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> July 1990<\/dt>\n

Established System Engineering Co., Ltd. in Takayama City, our company Prefecture through joint investment with 15 local companies.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> February 1997<\/dt>\n

Launched Japan’s first convenience store payment service.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> June 1999<\/dt>\n

Established System IC Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture).<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

Tokyo Head Office (former Tokyo Division) established. Two head offices system with Gifu head office.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> October 2008<\/dt>\n

Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Second Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

Softteks Co., Ltd. (Head office: Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture) became a subsidiary to strengthen its dental business and data entry services.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> August 2010<\/dt>\n

DSK PAYMENT Inc. (formerly Needs Agency Co., Ltd. \/ Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) became a subsidiary in order to establish a sales and development base in the Tokyo metropolitan area.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> September 2012<\/dt>\n

It was designated as the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the First Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> September 2014<\/dt>\n

Garden Network, Ltd., based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, became a subsidiary to expand and strengthen services in response to the diversification of the energy industry.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> October 2016<\/dt>\n

GOGA, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) became a subsidiary with the aim of making Google Cloud Service a one-stop service and increasing market share.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> August 2020<\/dt>\n

PSI Inc. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), an information security company, has become a group company to expand and develop its security business in line with the spread of the Internet, mobile and IoT.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n

<\/i> July 2021<\/dt>\n

Densan System Holdings Co., Ltd. was established through a single share transfer of Densan System Co., Ltd.
Densan System Holdings Co., Ltd. listed its shares on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the First Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n
